Fast and stable connection is available for free throughout the hotel and in the privacy of your rooms.

Reception

The staff is available 24/7. We will gladly arrange wellness service reservations, provide tips for excursions, or order transportation.

Parking

You can safely park your car or bus directly at the hotel in a private parking lot free of charge.

Charging

The hotel is equipped with a Wallbox from O-life for charging electric vehicles at a price of €0.40 / kWh (CZK 10 / kWh).

Check-in and check-out

The room or apartment will be ready from 2:00 PM.
On the day of departure, please vacate the room by 11:00 AM.

Later Departure

Furthermore, a late check-out until 12:00 PM is possible for an additional fee of CZK 500 / €20 (subject to hotel capacity).

Breakfast

A rich breakfast buffet with a selection of hot and cold dishes, fresh pastries, and fruit. Served daily from 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM.

Dinner

The a la carte restaurant is open every day from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

Lobby Bar

The lobby bar in the hall, in the area in front of the reception, is open every day from 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM.

Crib

For our youngest guests, we are happy to provide a baby cot including bedding free of charge.

Pets

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the hotel. Our goal is to ensure a perfectly clean and hypoallergenic environment.

Robe

If you book a private wellness session, we will be happy to lend you a hotel bathrobe and slippers at the reception.

Bike and Ski Storage

The luggage storage is available to hotel guests free of charge.
